Substitution Policy
Some photos may feature unique vases or design elements that are not always available for exact replication.
While your arrangement may not match the photo exactly, it will reflect the same overall style, color palette, and design intention. Floral and/or container substitutions may be necessary due to seasonal availability, weather, or market conditions. When this occurs, we will always select flowers and containers of equal or greater value that complement the original design.
